From a young age, I have always been deeply curious about how things work and are made. After completing my BSc in Mechanical and Product Design Engineering, I found myself at a crossroads, eager to blend my artistic and mechanical creativity. A book by John Makepeace ignited my passion for furniture making and design, setting me on my path.
I trained under a Master Craftsman in Devon, immersing myself in the craft and developing a deep appreciation for wood and a commitment to excellence in both craftsmanship and design. Over the years, I have honed my skills in some of the finest workshops in the country.
I founded Cimitree Furniture, building a successful design and furniture-making business with a talented team. Following my time at Cimitree, I had the honour of working as Head of Design for Johnny Grey, where I enhanced my skills in furniture design and spatial awareness under his mentorship.
Today, I am privileged to offer my extensive knowledge to design and create pieces that enrich people’s lives and can be cherished for generations.
